1. Purpose

This policy describes how SILD, Innovation Stratégique en Développement Local Inc. (“SILD,” “we”) handles personal information in connection with this website. It applies only to the site, not to exchanges that take place outside it, by email or in person, in the course of an engagement.

3. Personal information collected

The site has no form and no input field: it only displays our email address. A visitor who writes to us voluntarily sends us their email address, their name if they give it, and the content of their message. This information is used solely to respond to their request.

It is received and kept in our email system, hosted by Google (Google Workspace). This provider is located outside Quebec: information contained in an email sent to us may therefore be communicated and stored outside Quebec.

Retention period: a message that does not lead to an engagement is destroyed 12 months after the last exchange; if it leads to an engagement, it is placed in that engagement's file.

4. Cookies and audience measurement

The site sets no cookies and uses no audience measurement or advertising tracking tools. It loads no resources from an external domain: even the fonts are served from the site's own domain rather than from their original provider, precisely to avoid any external request on page load.

5. Hosting

The site is hosted by Vercel Inc. Since it has no input field, the site sends it no information provided by a visitor.

6. Your rights

Under the Loi sur la protection des renseignements personnels dans le secteur privé (Act respecting the protection of personal information in the private sector, Quebec), any person whose personal information we may hold has the right to access it, to have it rectified and to withdraw consent to its collection, use or communication. 7. Changes

This policy may be updated, in particular if the site evolves to include an audience measurement tool or any other additional collection mechanism. The last updated date, at the top of the page, shows which version is in effect.
